Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
A leading financial markets broker specialising in trading Forex, CFDs and Futures,
Requires a Portuguese/Spanish speaking Marketing Associate for their city office.
Reports to:Marketing Manager
Job Purpose:To provide in-depth and comprehensive marketing expertise, ensuring that market presence is key.
Roles & Responsibilities
In liaison with the Marketing Manager, develop advertising opportunities (e.g. placing adverts in national, regional and specialist publications, internet or on the radio)
Maintain and building contacts with the Spanish and Portuguese media and be the first port of call for any enquiries
Manage the production of marketing materials, including banner, brochures etc. (this involves writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers), making sure that they are delivered on time and in budget
Organise and attend relevant international events and exhibitions
Evaluating marketing campaigns to ensure that every pound spent has a return on the investment and make recommendations as to which campaigns are the most useful and successful to AT
Monitoring competitor activity especially on-line / real-time trading companies and analyse pricing positions
Assist in the delivery of approved strategies
Manage budgets to accurately reflect time and costs
Manage the AT website, as well as the update of all satellite sites, Facebook, Twitter
Any other duties as required by line manager
Essential skills
Able to speak other European languages (Spanish & Portuguese (native and fluent). Plus English
Demonstrable Marketing experience
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
Excellent attention to detail
Organised, efficient, self-motivated
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
Ability to work in an environment of constant change
Desirable skills
Marketing degree
Experience or interest in FX and trading
Direct experience in Online Marketing
Knowledge of Internet technologies
Ability to negotiate
