This is a role based in Glasgow; however candidates will have the opportunity to travel on a global scale. Key Skills: At least 5 years working within the implementation of a full lifecycle Dynamics AX solution. Significant experience of data management within the implementation of a full lifecycle ERP solution. Competence with ERP data manipulation tools and methods. Good communication, presentation and technical writing and documentation creation skills. A high level of sensitivity to and skill with competencies focused on team working and the repeatable delivery of results in pressured environments. Desirable Qualities: Fluency in any of the following languages - French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin or Chinese. Work stream management and/or Project Management experience. Experience within a project focussed manufacturing business. Qualifications: Degree educated Location: Glasgow Other Info: In delivering a Global implementation the Programme has an extensive amount of regular long term international business travel. It is envisaged that the role will involve 75% travel. When working in Europe the envisaged travel pattern will be on site during weekdays, returning home for weekends. For long distance locations the travel pattern will be based around a 3 weeks onsite 1 week home based Main Duties: The Data Lead will be required to meet with and communicate at all levels of the implementing business unit. Manage and quality assure the preparation of legacy system data for migration to Dynamics AX, including the establishment of a Data Governance organisation in each implemented company to ensure adequate on going management of data post Go Live. Educate, inform, instruct and guide the implementing business unit to ensure timely and reliable actioning of data identification, analysis, preparation, derivation, creation, cleansing and maintenance activities. Training of personnel tasked with data cleansing, collection and verification. Reports on plan, status, risks and issues to the Project Management Work Stream. The provision of data management tools to the data governance organisation. Introduce standards, procedures, and best practice guidelines, to ensure that all the data programme's data deliverables achieve the expected levels of high quality. Generate plan for data preparation and determine data structure within legacy systems and certify readiness of legacy data for migration/conversion. Develop manage and deliver data migration plan, including performance indicators. Generate data management tools and ensure understanding of and commitment to the use of the data management tools from both the data governance organisation and the wider business. This fast growing company specializing in swimwear & beachwear fashion collections including accessories for a young client base celebrating the Brazilian lifestyle is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, qualified and experienced Design & Production Manager to implement the vision & growth of the company. Everything about the clothing line is connected to the Brazilian experience and taste & the candidate should enjoy working with people in an international, fast-paced context. The ideal candidate should fill all the requirements described below:
·Graduate in Fashion Design and/or a graduate in Textile Design.
·Diploma or degree in Retail Management.
·Minimum 3 years’ experience in Design & Production management with a retail component preferably with a Brazilian company focussing on designing collections for beachwear and swimwear & with experience in sampling & purchasing products and materials in Brazil, India and Italy.
·Extensive knowledge of Brazilian Fashion Trends.
·Minimum 1 years’ experience in assisting with photo shoots for the styling, wholesale & sales and PR for similar collections especially in Brazil.
·Fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian and Spanish languages with an international background, especially if they have experience of the lifestyle in Australia or New Zeeland where we are developing our e-commerce platform.
·Experience in manufacturing processes in Brazil, Italy and India as well as knowledge of exports and imports from/to Brazil, India and Italy.
  • Have good project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to deadlines with Brazil, India and Italy.
  • Experience in computer systems, such as basic photo-shop, Corel-draw, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Be highly organized and able to organize others.
  • Be willing & able to travel abroad, when required.
The responsibilities of the job are:
·To work directly with the Creative Director designing & developing the collections from the ready to wear to the swimwear products including developing the Brazilian mood boards.
·To elaborate reports regarding Brazilian Fashion Trends.
·To be able to travel to Brazil and liaise with the Brazilian manufacturers.
·To elaborate reports about Brazilian textile trends and new raw materials.
·To be in charge of the buying of textiles and other raw materials.
·To elaborate the spec-sheets for the manufacturing companies in Brazil in Portuguese, in English for India and in Italian for Italy.
·To supervise and follow productions in Brazil, Italy and India.
·To organize our textile stock, raw materials and components stock levels.
·To liaise with wholesale international clients to understand their requirements for the international market.
·To liaise with our New Zeeland e-commerce developers to inform them about the Brazilian trends and lifestyle.
·To elaborate looks for the magazine section in our new e-commerce website.
·To monitor online & retail sales to identify & report on the best selling products in the designer collection.
·To follow up sample developments with manufacturers in Brazil, India and Italy.
·To take responsibility for the imports from Brazil, India and Italy regarding collection bulk productions.
·To liaise with photographers and to assist photo shoots for the styling of the collections to keep the Brazilian lifestyle concept of the collections.
·To follow up press requirements in the United Kingdom or abroad.
·To make presentations of the collections to high-end clients in Brazil, USA, United Kingdom and Europe about the Brazilian concept core of the collection.
