We are currently recruiting for language speakers to work ad hoc hours within a call centre. This is a temporary position offering contracts of 2-3 weeks at a time.
This is a great chance to work on a variety of interesting projects, making outbound calls and conducting market research surveys to France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and Holland.

This is a very busy working environment and requires the candidates to have excellent communication skills in both English and a 2nd language as mentioned above. It is preferred that the successful candidates have some experience in customer service or call centre environment previously, or is able to demonstrate good communication skills.
The location is within easy walking distance from the train station and the salary will be from £6.50 per hour.

This is not a permanent position, although for successful candidates, more assignments will be offered subsequently.

We have an immediate vacancy for a Spanish/Portuguese Speaker speaking research analyst, based at our London office (Ealing).  As a key member of the international research team you will be responsible for the collection and assimilation of market data and intelligence.  The role includes:

·         collection and analysis of market and macroeconomic data

·         secondary intelligence gathering

·         primary research through high-level interviews (both telephone and personal)on single client and multi client projects

·         maintaining and updating ourexisting internal database of market data and company profile information

·         analysing data and formulating reports in English.

You should have:

·         total fluency in English and in Spanish and or Portuguese plus a good working knowledge of at least one other Scandinavian language)

·         commitment, self motivation, an enquiring mind and a genuine interest in economic developments, market dynamics and energy efficiency issues

·         strong numerical skills andproven proficiency in Excel

·         an ability to assimilate new subjects quickly, with good communication and interpersonal skills

·         proven analytical skills and report writing abilities (in English)

·         an ability to understand and interpret company financial accounts

·         a willingness to travel and a full valid driving licence.

The starting salary for this position is £22,000 to £24,000 per annum (depending on experience).
