The Role ? Graduate Recruitment Consultant
The role will initially be based in Cheshire, where the graduate will learn of the company?s industry and clients, working as a resourcer. During the next 9 months, each graduate will spend a 3 month period working in payroll, credit control and invoicing, accounts and logistics, IT and compliance. They will then work for a further 6 months in recruitment in any of the company?s UK locations. After this period, the graduates will be placed either in the UK or overseas.
You will receive full training and development from the company as well as the renowned Pareto Sales Training Programme to fully equip you with all the tools necessary to be successful in this role.

Benefits of the role include attending client visits, and the possible opportunity to work abroad. Potential international locations include Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Qatar, and Russia.
They will receive a basic salary of £17.5k for the first 9 months when they will then receive a review dependant upon performance, then again at 18 months.
You will be given plenty of training and development and lots of industry exposure, giving the graduate a wealth of knowledge and experience. There will be company bonuses gained. There will be a clear tailored progression path in place.

Spanish / Portuguese / French / Mandarin / Russian / Arabic
