Salary: £38000 - £50000/annum £38-42k plus c£8k bonus
Our client is a world leading Education Company and they are recruiting an Online Marketing Manager/Country Manager for Brazil. This person will be responsible to grow the visibility, usability, customer experience and quality of the content for the Brazilian & Portuguese speaking market.
In this competitive landscape in order to succeed you will need to have already a strong background in online marketing and have had proven/measurable results in Portuguese speaking markets. You will work in a multicultural, fun and professional team and as a senior member you will report directly to the director of online marketing.
You will work alongside Channel managers that are specialists in each marketing activity channel (SEO, Email Marketing, Social, etc...) to help you and you will to begin manage a team of 2 with scope to expand to achieve your challenging targets.
This is challenging position but with good rewards.
Responsibilities
• SEO: increase the rankings especially on Google. It’s a very competitive landscape and this will be a key area of this role
• PPC/Social Ads: manage & optimise our Google and Facebook campaigns
• PR/Brand awareness – improve brand awareness in Portuguese speaking markets
• Website Design/usability: Identifying ways to improve the website experience and visitor conversion rate – using our Multivariant testing (MVT) tool as one means (Omniture Test & Target)
• Affiliates: identify potential partners for us to work with
• Work closely with the sales, design and CRM teams.
Profile – Requirements
• Must have: strong online marketing experience within the Portuguese speaking market, with great awareness of the Brazilian cultural trends, and expert awareness of SEO, PPC & Web Analytics - as well as active leadership capability in the areas of email marketing, digital presence and social media.
• Desired: offline marketing experience and PR a plus
