Accounts Payable Administrator (Spanish & Portuguese)

The Accounts Payable Administrator is part of a team responsible for ensuring that the company’s financial status including payment record, relationships with suppliers and internal customers remains high. Core areas of responsibility include processing invoices, as well as dealing with supplier queries, reconciliations and travel expense claims.



It is essential that you are fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and that you have administration experience gained from working in a Finance related role. Alongside this you’ll possess high levels of numeracy and literacy and be PC literate in Microsoft Word and Excel. Finally you’ll be highly organised, detail conscious and enjoy working as part of a team in a Finance environment.
