The Role
Bloomberg is looking for a driven, results oriented individual to take on an exciting role of a Contract Administration/Escalated Support and Negotiations Representative. The person in this role will be the first point of reference for all questions and negotiations on the terms of license agreements across our product lines. Responsibilities will include clarifying the terms and conditions of product license and non-disclosure agreements, preparing contract ocumentation, and addenda. Additionally, the applicant will work directly with internal and external Counsels, Compliance, Sales and Product Development departments to support new and current product initiatives.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-Experience in contract administration and negotiation is preferred
-Business fluency in English and one of the following languages required: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese
-Proven administration skills
-Self-motivated individual
-Strong organizational skills including project management
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office - WORD, EXCEL, PROJECT
-Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Experience of working in a fast paced environment
-Ability to work closely within a global team
