My Client, a Global Oil and Gas organisation is looking to recruit a International Recruiter (Portuguese Speaker), 12 month FTC to be based in Mozambique, Africa. Full Expatriate package provided including travel, accomodation, living allowance, 25 days holiday, Pension, Medical, Bupa, Work permits etc. This is a specialist recruiting role and the person will need to be comfortable with the full spectrum of the Recruitment cycle.

Job Function:
* Timely and efficient recruitment of staff personnel for this organisation's office in Mozambique (Client);
* Management of the recruitment and selection processes and related services;
* Continues improvement of the existing recruitment HR database.

Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Client and provide support to the Global Resourcing Team;
* Achieve challenging recruitment targets for departments;
* Ensure a very low staff turnover by thorough recruitment & selection process;
* Assist with Graduate recruitment programme;
* Improve and maintain HR Recruitment Databases;
* Run Recruitment Reporting for Management.

Qualifications Required:
* Degree in Business Studies, HR or equivalent;
* Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development or equivalent.

Additional Specialised Knowledge or Skills:
* Sound recruitment background and knowledge of domestic and global recruitment markets, preferably within the oil & gas, energy, engineering, natural resources sector etc;
* Sound knowledge of recruitment methodologies;
* Experience of in-house recruitment for staff vacancies;
* Good knowledge of MS suite;
* Working experience of HR and recruitment databases.

Experience:
* Extensive relevant recruitment experience working at similar level within the oil & gas energy, engineering, natural resources sector industry etc;
* Proven success in graduate and professional recruitment, including implementation and development of interview assessment techniques;
* Proven experience in conducting competency based interviews;
* Previous experience of working in multi-cultural environment and global matrix organisation.

Brazilian (Portuguese) to English Translators needed- Immediate start

Location: London
Salary: From £9 to £9 per hour

Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced translator to join their team on a temporary basis.

The position will involve translating completed online questionnaires with colloquial open ended questions on a variety of subjects.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Brazilian (Portuguese) and English and have the ability to translate conversational Brazilian (Portuguese) dialogue to English.

The hours of work will be 10-6pm.

Our client is seeking a Sales Financing Manager responsible for selling of financial solutions for IT for Large Enterprise and SME customers - both in the public and commercial sectors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Build close relationship with local manufacturer sales centres to increase finance penetration rates.
Manage the local Approved Funder relationships and "day-to-day" business.
Work with the virtual sales teams on specific deal processes.
Prepare for and attend high level customer meetings - also in conjunction with the transaction owner.
Provide the funding partner with correct documentation and level of information for credit checking and risk monitoring;
For "on demand" computing, negotiate the appropriate legal project documentation working within the guidelines of our funding partners and to coordinate activities with legal and tax department, where required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Leasing, Asset -, Structured, Project Finance experience required.
Min. 5 year's sales experience from the IT captive or vendor leasing sectors.
Significant experience of completing transactions on large deals and of negotiation at Board/Senior management level.
Ability to work remotely and develop and execute long-term business strategies and customer relationships
"Hunter"/ Business Development mentality
Fluent business English, good knowledge of local Leasing law, US GAAP / IFRS, contract and insolvency law, leasing duties and taxation, ability to interpret and analyse corporate financial information.

Our client is an international management/strategy consultancy specializing in efficient growth strategies, M&As and commercial due diligence. We are currently assisting them in their search for a Brazil Country Manager to initially work from the London office and later move to Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Main objectives:
Initially working on client assignments as Project Manager, the aim is to prepare you as quickly as possible to take on a local leadership role. As Brazil Country Manager you will run the country operation and report to the CEO in London. This is a client-facing role; you will naturally instill confidence in clients, as well as having the ability to network within chosen industry verticals. You will guide multiple teams to excellent results on assignments. These teams are often multi-cultural, from diverse educational backgrounds and based between offices.
