There is an opportunity for a bi-lingual conference producer to join a well established global Conference production company. Focussing on the International Real Estate conferences that are run by the company your primary responsibilities will be to identify and connect with senior players in the real estate sector, discuss their issues and develop a credible program, securing confirmations of up to 300 "Discussion chairs" per event. You will have total project management responsibility for 2 events per annum, each of which will have 9 months from beginning to finish. These will be in your target 'local’ and for this reason and alongside fluent English you will speak one of the following; Spanish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese. You are required to demonstrate high levels of organization, initiative and urgency. The nature of the business also means you will be working to strict deadlines, with an entrepreneurial spirit. A highly competitive salary is on offer as is the opportunity to earn 10%-30% in bonuses per year.
