Our client is one of the leading Fresh fruit and vegetable companies to the UK market We are recruiting for a Sales & Procurement Manager to focus on Salad & Vegetables.
This is a position primarily focussed on wholesale trading and has links to the sales support team, the import team, the QC team and various fresh service and storage depots.
We are looking for someone who is most interested on the wholesale side of the business.
It is vital that you have strong organisation skills, excellent communication skills and that you are numerate and analytical.
You will be responsible for creating a £2M t/o business within 1yr and building that into a £5M business in 2yrs.
It will be down to you to further establish the supplier base within France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Morocco and Egypt.
