Sales / Order Management Administrators required with fluent French, German, Swiss German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or English - based in Dublin, Ireland.
The OEM team is a newly established team to support Oracle's OEM field sales organization.
This opportunity represents an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual who has proven ability to interface with a sales organization.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Sales quotation process management
• Receive Customer quote request and enter needed info in GCM.
• Do quote integration and fill out iForm (quote request)
• Review quote and send to Customer.
• Verify if any approval is in place or is needed, if so initiate GDMT before Quote can be sent
• Customer Purchase Order Entry and Booking Process
• Receive Customer PO including quote, review PO versus Quote
• Do GCM update and send PO to booking
• Master Part List for Customer Main Global Factory/Supply Centre
• When Orders are book booked and scheduled confirm OA dates to customer
• Interface for customer order and delivery queries.
• Customer Supply Chain Mgt Relationship & Governance
• GDMT process ownership for account
• Backlog management
• Revenue Tracking – booked and billed
• Daily interface with customer on phone
• Account QBR planning
• ID partners for countries without Oracle presence
Personal skills and qualifications
• Fluency in English and one other European language is essential
• Proven track record in B2B solution sales environment
• Strong grounding in all aspects of professional selling especially relating to order management
• Self motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge
• Professional with good organizational and planning and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Third level education or equivalent experience
