Project Administrator
Location: Frome, Somerset
Salary: £18000 - £20000/annum
Agency/Employer: NextGen Recruits
Working in a dedicated team you will work on long-term sales incentive programmes throughout the Middle East and Africa.

The role is full time and will involve the following:

*Regular communication with client's Business Partners (both Distributors and Resellers) via phone/email to execute programs including elements of telemarketing to recruit BPs into the programs

*Creating marketing incentives in line with client demands (product/education focussed)

*Creating PowerPoint presentations, launch documents and communication plans in respect of current and new programs

*Creating marketing materials for channel communication including mail-outs and emails

*Liaising and negotiating with suppliers to source branded goods and printed materials

*Sourcing program prizes and sending to recipients

*Updating cost and results spread sheets

*Translation and validation of some marketing materials

*Database management and updating

*Ensuring registration targets are hit/program objectives are met

*Elements of telemarketing throughout program registration

*Analysis of email statistics and sales figures to produce reports


The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

*Professional

*A very strong work ethic

*An ability to manage time and workloads

*A desire to take ownership and responsibility of projects and to work on own initiative

*Self motivated with an ability to work within a wider team environment

*Good communication skills with internal and external customers

*Good written communication skills

*Excellent IT skills in particular Excel and PowerPoint

*Proof reading skills

*Languages - French & English essential but Arabic &
Portuguese would be an advantageous

*Current driving licence and passport
