Portuguese Speaking Conference Producer - £25-30k + BonusMy client, a leading global conference company is seeking to recruit a Conference Producer with fluent Portuguese who has sold to the Brazilian market to join its multinational team in London.
In this role, main responsibilities will include,
* Identify and connect with senior players in real estate
* Discuss the players' issues and develop a plausible program
* Ensuring that a large number of Discussion Chairs are secured per event
* Complete project management for 2 events per year
* Securing participation of conference attendees
The successful candidate will be fluent in Portuguese as well as in English. The candidate will have a strong background in conference production or alternatively sales within conferences. The ideal candidate will have an excellent client facing approach as they would need to develop relationships with people from high levels of seniority. Excellent telephone manner is essential for this position. If the candidate has experience of dealing with real estate conferences, it would be highly beneficial.
