The successful candidate will be fluent in at least one European language, exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills and enjoy working as part of a team Ideally you will have experience working within a customer service background, you will be liaising with high calibre clients, providing a quality service and the highest level of customer service, constantly developing your product knowledge to be able to speak confidently and knowledgably about their services.
