Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary: £7.00/hour
An exiting opportunity has arisen working for a leading International Client based in Hazel Grove. The role will be working as a Customer Service Advisor.
We are looking for candidates who speak any of the European languages.
Duties will Include -
- Making outbound calls to customers and also corporate customers with an aim to completing a customer service questionnaire relating to various campaigns.
- Inputting all answers into a specialised database.
Candidates Must -
- Be able to speak fluent in one of the European languages
- Have excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Be computer literate e.g. Microsoft packages (basic Knowledge)
- Have customer service experience either face to face or over the telephone
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
